As I was experimenting I began to see a relationship between the pattern of my design and that of the Eden Project. I decided at that point I would continue with this idea. As you can see in the image behind the polygons lies a pattern of triangles; small and large. This is the basis for my design. Rather than it be a dome I want to create a full sphere.
I think the Eden Project is such a fascinating design and continued to develop the project so as to incorporate not only layers of triangles but also a pattern of polygons.
